Senganji temple (Iwami 33 Temple Pilgrimage)

Senganji temple is located at the top of a small mountain in the Kawamoto area of Gotsu. This temple was established in 1576 and it is No 9 on the Iwami 33 Temple Pigrimage.

Unfortunately, the temple is now closed, but the view from here is great. There are 200 stone steps to reach the top, and enjoy the view of the Gounogawa river. You can also see cherry blossoms in spring, and autumn leaves.
