Bäckerei Konditorei Hidaka is not your everyday bakery in Japan. They sell various German-style breads, and they go to great lengths to make wonderful bread. I tried some delicious breads and rusks, but they also sell pretzels and cookies. The bread had a good texture and was full of dried fruits such as cranberries. The bread is not too sweet. I recommend it to people who care about their health, or don’t like sweet bread.

The bakery is located on the main street of Iwami Silver Mine Area, Ohda city. You can’t miss it! You can enjoy German-style breads in the Iwami area. But get there early. This bakery is so popular that everything is likely to sold out by the afternoon!!
